Here at The ITSM Group, we see many small-to-medium sized companies struggle with incorporation, integration, and implementation of ITIL v3 and IT Service Management methods and approaches.  This struggle is driven by limited internal subject matter expert (SME) resources and centers on four areas:  Development and integration of ITIL v3 solutions into existing service offerings; Response to Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotes (RFQ) that call for ITIL v3 solutions; Transition, transformation, and continued improvement of ITIL v3 activities and process in an operational contract; and Modeling and simulation of ITIL processes in support of development, transition, transformation, and improvement of ITIL solutions.  Our ITILv2 Managers and ITIL v3 Experts are ready to assist.

Development and integration of ITIL v3 solutions...First, we can develop ITIL integration solutions and plans for our clients. These solutions and plans provide the roadmap our clients need to make ITIL and ITSM part of their offered solutions. We also provide solutions to clients who want to implement and/or integrate ITIL into their own internal enterprise activities.

Response to Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotes (RFQ)...Second, The ITSM Group serves as ITIL v3 SMEs for clients that need to develop and author ITIL v3 and ITSM solutions in response to RFPs or RFQs.  Once the ITIL v3 and ITSM solution is finalized, we help our clients move from the high level solution to a written offering.  In addition, The ITSM Group can support proposal reviews, manage proposals, and perform as a proposal volume lead or technical leads.  We also provide expertise to develop and prepare for proposal oral presentations.

Transition, transformation, and continued improvement of ITIL v3 activities and process...Finally, once a client is awarded a contract, the transition and transformation to the ITIL v3 solution is critical to the long-term effort and to uninterrupted delivery and support of mission critical IT services.  We have experience with contract transition and ITIL v3 and ITSM solution transformation - including the implementation of service management tools and processes designed to implement ITIL processes.  We provide a bridge to ease the transition.  Our consultants also provide follow-on assessments and audits to make sure the effort stays on track to ensure long-term contract health and welfare.

ITIL Process Modeling and Simulation… The cornerstone of any proper design of ITIL solutions is not complete without modeling and simulation of the ITIL processes that make up the solution.  We use AccuProcess Modeler as our simulation and modeling tool because of its flexibility, ease of use, and ROI.  We developed and use AccuProcess Modeler templates for use to jumpstart ITIL implementation.  These templates are available for purchase for use in your own projects.
