ITSM Group recently teamed with AccuProcess to demonstrate how ITIL process implementation and design can benefit from documenting process flows and diagrams in a modeling and simulation tool. This includes documenting the process flows using BPMN standards, and then running simulations of ITIL processes to identify weaknesses in the design. This enhances business process analysis and leads to opportunities to improve and correct ITIL processes, identify bottlenecks, and perform what-if scenarios to reduce cost and eliminate inefficiencies. We recorded two webinars to demonstrate this approach for ITIL process modeling and simulation.
